GMRE Inc. is hiring for a Standardization/Evaluation Support Representative to support Flying Squadron Operations for the Department of the Air Force. GMRE is looking for an individual who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a medium-to-high stress environment. This is a contingent position pending contract award.


  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS, future equivalent systems to GTIMS, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
  • Maintain paper or digital aircrew records (as applicable) and complete annual reviews of member's records.
  • In-process and out-process squadron members in records system.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM and personnel to update ARMS
  • Coordinate with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11-202V2 and AFI 11-2MDS-V2 as well as associated MAJCOM/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
  • Generate the following reports/forms as required:
    • Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports.
    • Provide data to OGV for standardization evaluation board (SEB) and as required by Sq/CC or OGV.
    • Provide GTIMS shells for AF Form 8, Qualification of Aircrew Qualification.
    • Provide data as required for monthly Squadron Training Review Panels (STRP) and Squadron Certification Boards.
    • Monthly aircrew qualification level summary (also known as the "Letter of Xs") and provide a copy of work and final documents to OSO and Wing Stan/Eval (OGV) NLT the last day of each month.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of assigned/attached crew member evaluation dates and provide updates on completion progress as directed by AFI and locally directed guidance.
  • Assist personnel assigned to Stan/Eval as requested in the execution of AFIs and provide recommendations to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel and attend applicable meetings for training programs.
  • Assists with managing the squadron Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program as required.


  • Must be able to work in the U.S. and be able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Directly related experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field desired
